Staff was very unprofessional. They were more concerned with joking around with each other and eating than getting my oil change finished. One guy even came over and started talking to me with food in his mouth. Another guy didn’t even know how to put my filter back and had to go find help. It’s like high school shop class at this location.

They would not honor my Groupon since I bought a different location. Which I never go anywhere else so I don’t know why it would have selected any other store, especially one 40 minutes away! The rep could have just accepted what I bought but instead I paid $140 for an oil change and have to wait for Groupon to refund me if they even do

For the price I paid I feel like my experience was rushed and I didn't receive all the items included in the oil change like I viewed the car in front of me recieve. My tire pressure was not checked, I was not advised of any suggested maintenance like I received in my prior visit. I feel like I paid over $100 for oil change and a small amount of wiper fluid.
