Team members were fine, price is a bit steep so trying to adjust to the higher prices in general. Arrived early so was first one in line. I wasn't sure which lane to wait in so I stayed in the driveway and the employee behind me needed to get around me. Everyone was friendly.

I had to ask if they checked my air filter for them to check it to see if it needed to be replaced. They didn't inspect anything else; just changed the oil and installed a new filter (hopefully).

Their knowledge of my vehicle and ability to help me with my needs is very poor. They put too much air in my tires and I had to correct them and they could not help me with my transmission fluid. They had no idea where the stick was, I had to show them on a YouTube video and then they said it was beyond their expertise and couldn’t do that service.
