I understand that, due to the number of customers in the waiting room, it was going to take extra time to get my vehicle in for an oil change. I agreed to wait. It took 45 minutes to get my truck in. The oil change went as expected. My issue was after I got my truck back, I had oil smears on the front of the hood and on the upper portion of my grill. I did not notice this until I returned home, but my real question is how did 3 finger smears end up on the inside of my windshield, directly in front of my steering wheel. I noticed this shortly after leaving the shop. Had they not been so busy, I would, and should, have returned to point this out to the technician. I have been to this location numerous times in the past for my vehicle and for my wife's, but with this experience, I will be thinking twice before returning. I really expect more from VIOC.

I am a regular customer of this location due to the professionalism and speediness. The guys always do a great job but this last time, the employee that removed my cabin air filter to show it to me dumped some items out of my glove box and left them on the floor of my car. I was very disappointed by this lack of professionalism and lack of caring. It is not usual for this business. Someone needs to talk to that employee because he is putting a bad impression on the company as a whole.

Staff should offer coupons to customers if they are available. There was an elderly gentlemen ahead of me who had a bill that was over $140 for the services he had performed and no staff member offered a coupon. It took me offering my own for him to be offered one by the staff. I understand it’s a business, however if the coupons are out there anyway and people can find them with some research, they should be offered to everyone who doesn’t have one.
