I pulled up and expected the same service of any other Valvoline. Pull up, wait in the car until motioned into a bay, get serviced and leave. New experience here in Enfield, CT. I pulled up and was asked politely to have a seat inside. Upon going inside I inquired about the necessity to leave my car. The franchise owner informed me that the business is built on swampland, so they wouldn't approve him to have pits under the cars, therefore they installed lifts. Cool info. The service was quick, and everyone was cordial and polite. This particular Valvoline will definitely get my continued business.
