I went to a valvoline on Memorial Dr. in Chicopee,ma approx. 3 years ago with another car and the service was so poor, I felt I would never go to Valvoline again. The staff here is always extremely pleasant, usually causing me by my first name, and always does a fast, efficient and complete job. They never try to pressure you into getting things that you don't want or that you don't think you need, but they always show you everything. I moved almost an hour away from this store in Enfield and I still go there whenever I have to have my oil changed and will continue

I was a regular customer. New staff apparentlyIn Enfield.Normal manager not present. I am usually asked if i have coupon , which I had but forgot to give. What really upset me was i wanted tire light off, yet they didnt even check my tire pressure. 125.00 For just an oil change NOTHING ELSE done is bad service.
