I was told I needed an AC recharge when I came in for an oil change. I told him I had limited time. He said no worries it will only take 10 minutes. I agreed to the upgrade service. 1 hour later my car still had not been touched. I asked for a refund. The refund took 4 days to show on my account!Absolute horrible experience and no one cared! All they wanted to do is sell me something more and that’s how they made me feel!

Everyone who physically worked on my car was great (as they usually are) but the male with short blond hair and cross earring was terribly rude and in a pretty bad mood- which reflected heavily in my dissatisfaction of this visit. But all other employee were nice, happy and professional

My Sport Trac is used as a dump run/ extra vehicle for the family so often it gets left out of scheduled maintenance. I wasn’t sure if it was due so I took it in. Erica told me it was just in recently and made a new reminder sticker for me. She gave it a fluids check and topped off my washer fluid and sent me on my way.Honesty is a rare commodity these days and this level of customer care is top shelf. If your looking for a regional manager to keep your franchises running keep an eye on her.
