Everyone at service center were great

This is a long overdue huge shout out to Josh and Chris who went way out of their way to help me last year, on May 20, 2025. I have been a customer at this location for several years and have always had good luck, and I just had an oil change there a week or two prior. I had driven to Glastonbury to pick up an item on Facebook marketplace. As I was heading home, my engine light came on. It was about 4:50 PM so I thought I had time to get to the location before they close at five. As I was heading on the highway I got a critical engine message- pull over and stop and turn off. I was on the highway and had to pull over 2 exits before the exit for the shop. I tried calling the shop, but there was no answer so I called Customer Service. I explained the urgency of the situation and they were able to get through to them. Chris and Josh both came out together to meet me on the side of the Highway, they confirmed the situation, added more oil, and drove it to the shop. Meanwhile, I had started to get angry texts from the person in Glastonbury I picked something up earlier. They had a long driveway that was recently paved. He sent pictures showing an oil leak starting from where my truck was parked close to his garage, and leading all the way down his driveway to the road. I was frantic not knowing what to do. It was a huge mess, and the driveway was about 100ft long! I mentioned it to Josh and Chris, and they actually contacted the person in Glastonbury, and went out later that evening to take care of the mess that my truck made! I have never heard of any other employees that would go out on a limb to help me. I've been wanting to thank them for over a year and I hope Valvoline knows what dedicated and loyal employees they have! Josh and Chris I hope you get this message!!!
