Employees are always friendly and informative. My husband and I been going to Valvoline for years. We never had a long wait if the line gets long they always keep it moving.

Typically, I have no issues during my visits. During today’s oil change, the lead technician, Ronan, informed me they were training a new employee and that a nut had been dropped into my engine bay and could not initially be located. While searching for it, technicians struck components within the engine bay multiple times in an attempt to dislodge the part.
When Ronan returned to collect payment, I asked whether the nut had been found. He stated that it had, but did not show the part. My husband, who was present, did not observe anyone removing a nut from the engine during the search. Ronan then stated that the nut had fallen into the service pit and became standoffish.
At the time of payment, I requested that this incident be documented on my paperwork. When I received the receipt, I asked to confirm that the note had been included, and it had not. I again requested documentation of the incident. Ronan stated that the nut was no longer inside the engine, but no visual confirmation was provided.
I will be monitoring my vehicle closely to ensure it's functioning correctly as I've not had any issues.

The staff is friendly knowledgeable and professional. They do try to upsell but are never pushy. They are an impressive team and I would highly recommend.
