WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! 4 months ago went in for a oil change, somehow my engine cover went missing. I found out it had been removed, no one contacted me to let me know the store had it. Since then, I've opened a case and spoken with multiple representatives and supervisors, yet the issue remains unresolved.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. A simple oil change should not turn into months of chasing down a missing vehicle part. Despite numerous follow-ups, I still have not received my engine cover or any meaningful update from customer support or management.
If this is how customer concerns are handled, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. This happened in February, it’s now June.

Came in for a self supplied oil change, was informed that prices went up and that I was previously charged wrong. So it was almost double the price.
New manager Michaela was apologetic of past experience and wanted to make this visit right by allowing for a comfortable discount.
Price looked right for a diesel oil change & filter and agreed to the service. Team Seth and Josh were quick and efficient making it a nice visit overall. The team was adamant about providing exceptional service and making a good name for themselves moving forward at this location. Would definitely recommend for a quick in and out oil change.
