I just had my oil changed at this location and noted that the manager, Howard was having problems getting my air cleaner back on. I got out of my car to assist and noted that he was trying to force the filter into place, bending the filter. I advised him that he needed to unscrew the plenum tube to properly place the filter. Howard would only repeat that i needed to get back in my car. I told him that I was going to monitor until I was sure that it was replaced correctly and not bent up. Howard continued to tell me to get back in my vehicle. After he followed my instructions and placed the filter correctly I got back in my car. Understanding liability for their company, it is not at all proper to force a filter and potentially cause issues with my car. I'm going to change my own oil in the future. By the way, I never leave negative comments, but Howard was out of line.

Been coming here for awhile to get my oil changed. Needed to get air in my tires, as a customer they didnt open up at 8 as it says and the guy came out and told me we charge $5 for air service. What a joke. Now I wouldn't even come back as a regular customer after all that rude attitude I got. I'll take my business elsewhere!!!!
