I have a coupon says 50% off for oil change. After I get there then they have all kind of excuses not to honor their coupon and advertisement. They said they do not have the oil filter and they do not know when will they have it. Look like they can not handle oil change for European car like Volkswagon as I was told by them. Are you kidding me ? DO NOT TRUST THEM AND WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THERE AT ALL !!! DISHONEST BUSINESS !!!

Worse oil change and customer service I’ve ever received. Employees had awful customer service. And they couldn’t get the drain cap off. So they tried doing the ooil change with a top drain. It took almost an hour for a 15 minute job. Absolutely ridiculous.
