When I arrived for my routine full synthetic oil change the technician noted my sticker mileage recommendation was incorrect. It was written showing the change due in 3000 miles vice the 5000 for the full synthetic oil periodicity. He provided me with a corrected sticker and I was more than happy to come back when it was really due.

I own 3 vehicles and have always brought them here for basic service. Not giving them my business anymore. Brought my daughter’s car here for an oil change. First, it was $140. Crazy. The car had no issues before bringing it here. Now it’s leaking oil rapidly. My daughter brought the car back while I was at work and they did nothing to help. Very clearly something was done at this shop causing her issue. They fixed nothing and discarded her. At the very least, the easiest most basic thing they should have done was check the oil level and see if they should have added some. It was $140! Also, they told her the skid plate was “rusted” on. I managed to get it off in the driveway very quickly. This place just wants to charge you as much as they can and do as little as possible.
