The oil change was fine. The problem was the wiper windshield the offer me to change. They said they have it in stock. It wasn’t true. It came late and wrong part. They had to go and get it. I asked for a refund and leave and they said it would be fast. They struggled to remove the piece and broke one cap of the windshield whiper arm, due to rushing the process to go and close.

This is my 2nd time bringing in my Vehicle to Valvoline. I am so glad that I found this location. Mike the manager along with his associates are so knowledgeable, courteous, professional and just plain old caring. While I was waiting for a part to be delivered, it didn't take very long by the way, Mike stayed with me so I wasn't alone. One of his assistants kept checking in with me as well.
