Ocala

I went here today and normal the service is good however, today Jose was the most unpleasant, unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever experienced the tone he set was beyond uncomfortable and should never be tolerated and sadly I won’t be returning to this location

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, patient, friendly, and incredibly detailed in explaining everything. The shop was clean, their uniforms were spotless, and their personalities made the entire experience even better. The service was also fast, convenient, and efficient! Here’s the part that really impressed me: I actually went to Take 5 because I had forgotten about this location, and they recommended that I come back here because the prices were much cheaper! I was laughing because I couldn't believe they were sending me somewhere else to save money, but I truly appreciated their honesty. Then, when I arrived at Valvoline, I was planning to use a Groupon. Instead, the representative took the time to explain that purchasing directly through the Valvoline website would be cheaper. I ended up saving $30 on my oil change! That kind of honesty and customer service means everything to me. I am so grateful I received that reminder to return. Between the professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help customers save money, this experience was outstanding. You have definitely earned a returning customer! I will not forget this location again. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent service and making something as simple as an oil change such a pleasant experience. Keep up the amazing work! 👏🏾❤️
