I came in requesting an oil change and a fuel filter. The manager checked while I was waiting to see if it was in stock. It took them a while to find the fuel filter but they did locate it and patiently worked on my truck after closing. (I came in less than 1 hr before close). Everyone was cheerful and kind. After installing the fuel filter the truck did not start and they figured out the problem and resolved it. My truck was hard starting when I left and I asked how long it would do that and they said a few more times. Three days later it was still hard starting so I drove back and a staff member immediately got the manger. He was cheerful, friendly and resolved the problem immediately. I appreciate that they owned the mistake and felt heard. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction, and I will definitely return again.

I ll be going to this location to change the oil of all my cars for 10 years. The last two visit were awful disorganize since I got there. I wait on the line to got in for 26 minutes. When it was my turn I have to change lane to service me because the empty lane was another one. When finally got into the service like it takes 10 minutes to start checking me in. By the time they finish with the oil change in total I was there for almost and hour and fifthteen minutes.I like the Valvoline products but definetly I will change to service my cars. I give to chances and the experience was worst at the last.
