I had to wait 45 minutes before I got in the shop; they were so understaffed that it was 35 minutes before I got out. It was so hot I had to run my air, and that used up a lot of gas at $3.45 a gallon.

I was notified at that time that Valvoline no longer offers this service and I was and will be charged going forward. This was surprising and disappointing. I get emails from Valvoline all the time. Of course it helped that it was early Sunday morning, I was the only customer there and I think they were happy to have a customer.
