Carrson and the other staff member/teammate that assisted with my oil change were efficient and I even saw the one technician get a second set of eyes on my special filter installment (to ensure it was placed on the cartridge correctly. They were both jovial and courteous. They both made my day with their positive attitudes and efficiency. If they are not earning at least $22/hr, they should be. This is not the only vehicle I bring/have brought here, and every time, the technicians are professional and efficient. I have ordered up more than just oil change services. With my truck a while back, I had the tranny flushed and then I went back to get my coolant/antifreeze exchanged (after they got the broken machine fixed). I also like the fact they offer a military discount. I do wish Valvoline would offer a discount for my having furnished my filter. My vehicle has a special filter and most locations do not typically stock my filter insert (it's a cartridge-type filter).
