Overall , everyone here is very friendly. The service is prompt. Prices are not an incredible value, but they are fair and competitive. Over the course of a couple years, I’ve had three different vehicles that I have had serviced a few dozen times. vast majority of those experiences have been positive. However , most recent experience was a little off putting . Was told I couldn’t have a paper copy of the service record, which I have never been told before. It was emailed to me, but it just surprised me and annoyed me that they wouldn’t give me a hardcopy. Additionally, the window sticker they provided is for several months/ a few thousand miles below the actual necessary interval. It’s very clear they’re trying to get you to come back sooner than necessary. I think that’s a sleazy business tactic.
