I have a Toyota tundra 2014 and they did not know how to change the transmission fluid. After about 30 minutes, the manager told me that put it in the wrong place. He said he looked it up and was fixing the problem. So my weight turned out to be 45 minutes to an hour, I finally got out of my truck. It’s by him. He asked me so sit down in the waiting area. He should’ve compensated me for the inconvenience and his mistake. I think that’s good business

They listened to my concerns, troubleshot and explained what could be causing the issues I was experiencing with my car - even resolving one of them by installing my air filter properly.
