Larry at Newburgh Indiana was very professional and knew his job well!!! He was very polite and considerate. I told him my tire kept losing air, so he checked it and took a picture and I had a nail in it. I left from there to go get my tire fixed and the place that fixed it didn't put air back in it, it only had 28 pounds of air, so I returned to Valvoline and Larry was more than happy to add air back in it. Larry is a very nice young man and I'll be returning to him from now on for my oil changes.

The manager was polite when he introduced himself and followed every step of our visit to let us know what was being done and to point out anything that needed to have to work on then or at a later time. We were pleased that he gave us options for electing a later time on some things and very pleased with the overall experience.
