Good was not properly closed, within a mile down road hood flew back against windshield, but they say it’s not their fault,,, even though the technician who worked on car said he knows he didn’t double check if it was latched.

It has been almost 4 months since I was last here at the Newburgh location. I saw new employees and a new manager that made me question if I was at the right place. All of them were very kind, quick, and professional. Justin was the manager I saw and spoke of turning the store around and he definitely has. Robert and Shavonda were my service techs and they were fantastic. The regional manager was there as well, but sadly I forgot her name. Great place with great people!

Justin at the Newburgh Indiana location helped me out immensely with my oil change and he was a very pleasant guy to talk to for just having met him. The entire staff that day was very friendly and did their job and more.
