I frequent this location with both of my vehicles, and the last two visits I have caught the technician pencil whiping the checked items. I have been an automotive technician for many years and I carefully watch what is being checked under the hood and what is not...the last time was the power steering level(and yes I already knew it was low before ariving) so I asked if it had been checked and was told "yes its full" so I asked again and he conferred with the tech under the hood and was told again "yes its full" as I sit in the truck knowing it wasn't checked. And it was checked off on the paper. Came back to the location 2 days later with the power steering pump whining, I then asked the same tech that I delt with before and was told it was just overlooked. Well again this is the second visit that this has happened and I guess it is time to find another service provider to do my services
