Hot day. Could tell the staff were very hot and no circulation in the area. They worked hard together. Always purchase windshield wipers due to warranty. Told no longer has warranty but they recommended wipers sold now due to longevity and quality. I decided to continue to purchase. Had a 25% off coupon. After viewing, receipt only 10% was discounted. I always use Valvoline for oil changes but was recently told Firestone changes oil using full synthetic and rotates tires for around 80 dollars. Due to current pricing, experience with coupon, and windshield wipers changes I will be trying Firestone for my next oil change. I know my issues are out of the hand of the employees and they need better working environment.
