Be more like Jiffy Lube! This was my first time going to a Valvoline. The staff weren’t helpful, friendly and didn’t even have good rapport between themselves. I asked if they could check the tire tread, they spent 5 seconds and said “it’s good”. Not at all useful!

By taking their time doing their work correctly, inspecting their work one of the team members left a tool underneath my hood and when I pulled off and got on the interstate, my hood popped open could’ve had a serious accident then I returned to tell them about their mess up They want to get an attitude. I gave them there tools back asked to speak to a manager. They said the manager was not available. This is unacceptable. I need to speak with a general manager area manager or the CEO
