I came to valvoline for the express purpose of getting an oil change. I did not ask for any other services or products. The carside mechanic (corey) replaced my cabin air filter without consultation from me. This expense accounted for more than half of my final bill.It is now my feeling that if I want to go to valvoline to get my oil changed, I will have to watch my mechanics like a hawk to make sure they don't perform services that will more than double my bill without consulting me. As a result, I am unlikely to return to this valvoline or any valvoline the future.

During my tire pressure check, the technician must have let air out of my tires. The very next day my tire pressure light indicator was on. I visited my local Valvoline (in Worcester on west Boylston st) and they stated all 4 of my tires needed air. The technician helped and corrected the issue.

Issues removing oil pan bolt. Employees then proceeded to use a tube to remove oil but there persistence to remove bolt was impressive which was successful.
