I wanted a synthetic oil change and didn’t need or want any other upselling attempts. The manager was detailed and helpful and didn’t waste my time or make me feel like I was getting ripped off. I can’t send my daughters there because I worry they will sell them a bunch of nonsense when they only need an oil change. I buy air filters for $10 and install them myself - don’t try or sell me a $60 air filter.
