Left a review not long ago about their organizing of the queue. Happened again. If first in, first out is important to you, leave me where I am when I come in. Don’t move me to a bay, and tell me to back up for someone else. That’s not intelligent.

Well I hate to say this but this place really pissed me off today 12/17/2025 10am. I decided to get a my 4 vehicles oil change today well thats not going to happen not there. So I pull up with my gray dodge truck in bay 1 . The guy came had told me get there. OK a few seconds go by the bay is clear I start to pull up that same guy tells to back up to let the (Lady) in bay #2 go next. With no explanation. Now just because bay 2 is taking longer does mean you push me out or tell to let someone skip me . Wow I guess today I do them myself. And it on the my employees and family to seek out somewhere else. Because of this. If he would asked I would have said yeah. Maybe. I been using this place for over ten years.
