That morning, I tried to change the motor air filter, but the replacement I got from the store was not a match. I had trouble putting the original back in. So, I just purchased a new one there, and the tech showed me the trick to putting it back in...its not easy, but he figured it out. Good service in such a short time.

The gentleman that actually worked on my car were great. However management came over to check their work and started yelling at the guy that helped me. It was so unprofessional. I didn't see the guy that helped me do anything. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm sure yelling at him in front of the customer wasn't the answer. I know this manager, I've had issues with him before.
