A hose was not properly connected (hose clamp not slid up to tighten) on the mass air-flow sensor and it came off which caused the Service Engine light to come on. I had to have Auto Zone diagnose. When they said mass air-flow sensor I knew what had happened and fished it. I’m not happy about this. $108 oil change could’ve cost me a lot more if I wasn’t a woman that knows something about cars.

It was a great service. It was quick. It was thorough. A bit expensive, but it was convenient. At the end of service, my car wouldn't start. I believe it had something to do with the monitoring system attached to the car and commands (perhaps to reset maintenance light?) given to the car during the service. The team jump started my car. And I drove it home. The "TCS" and "TPMS" and "check engine" lamps were lit. The car drove poorly - no power and and car running at higher than normal RPM. I limped home (3 miles), pulled into the garage and went into the house. I restarted the car about 15 minutes later and all the lamps were "off" except "check engine". Car seems to run properly now. IMHO, the staff did something that caused the problem. Unintentionally. This experience really puts a damper on my enthusiasm to return despite an otherwise excellent service.
