The oil change itself was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, a few days later I noticed oil drops wherever I parked. I returned to have it checked and was told it was residual oil that had spilled onto the frame crossmember during the oil change and wasn't cleaned up. They cleaned it up, so problem solved, or so I thought. The service summary emailed to me for that second visit incorrectly listed "Tire Check Service" and made no mention of the oil issue. I replied asking for the record to be corrected so there would be an accurate record in case of future problems. No response. So, apparently, they're happy to service my Jeep but not quite as interested in servicing their own paperwork or responding to customers. Bottom line: 2 stars. Lots of unnecessary hoops for what should have been a routine oil change. Not what I expected from Valvoline.

It took about 30 minutes to get the oil change. The servicer said I needed a light bulb without inspecting the area. Turns out I actually needed a replacement cable for the head light. I’d rate it a 7/10 experience.
