Charged for oil change but only one quart of oil was put in the vehicle. My husband went to your location on 32686 Grand River Ave, Farmington, MI 48336 less than two months ago for a full synthetic oil change. Shortly after we noticed the car making a rattling noise that had never happened before. We took the car to be looked at for the noise and were told there was only a quart of oil in our vehicle. There were no signs of oil leaking. The oil was extremely dark, there was no oil on the dip stick and the oil pressure light was on. We took photos and have notes from the shop. My husband went back to your location and was told the manager could only give us a coupon since he didn't want to lose our service. He refused to refund us even though we did not receive the full amount of oil required for our vehicle. We paid to have a new oil change and will need to have our engine flushed. We have used valvoline service for years and never had an issue until now.
