I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience I had at your Farmington location on 6-19-2024. During a routine oil change service, one of your employees, Marquis, who was new and in training as confirmed by your representative Guinevere, inadvertently caused the coolant line of my vehicle to burst.Guinevere acknowledged the mistake and offered to procure the necessary supplies to repair the vehicle, estimating that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to obtain the part. Given the urgency of the situation, I decided to take my vehicle to Tuffy's for immediate repairs. The total cost of the repair at Tuffy's amounted to $167.56.As the car owner, I should not be responsible for costs incurred due to an error made by your staff. The damage to my vehicle was directly caused by the actions of your employees, and your team has already admitted to the mistake. Therefore, I expect Valvoline to reimburse me for the $167.56 I paid for the repair.I trust that Valvoline will handle this matter promptly and reimburse me for the full amount.

It appears that the pricing is extremely high. Regardless if a coupon is present the price is always $80. I pay less at other locations including the dealership. I think the price of service should be presented prior to work completion as well as a coupon being offered from a customer.
