Almost two hours wait time from the time we got in line to the time we finally got to leave. We just needed a standard oil change. Around 4-6 cars that came 30-45 minutes after I was there got to go through the line before me, but I was trapped in and couldn’t get out to leave even if I wanted to. Not amused at all.
