Very pleased.I also appreciate that I was NOT pressured to purchase MORE services than I originally intended. We took our jeep in on 08/14/2024 I expressed in great detail that something seem to be wrong with the coolant and asked for it to be checked. They stated everything looked fine. The next day the coolant level rose extremely high so I went back to my invoice to only see that it says coolant never checked. I decided on 08/15 to go back and ask about it I was told that it only says the because they did not have coolant to give but that everything looks fine. The next day of 08/16 I was driving when my smoke started coming out of my jeep and when I went to look there was a hole in the coolant reservoir, I am not not even able to drive my car to take it to a shop to even be looked at. This is all extremely frustrating as I had not one but two employees tell me that it looks fine. If they donu2019t want to do the work they shouldnu2019t say they will and give customer false information causing us to have to now spend way more money. If I could give less then highly disappointed I would.
