Sam is always lovely to work with, he offers different solutions to any question i pose even if he canu2019t help due to Valvoline not supplying the correct fix. We have great conversations and he includes me on every step of the process, this time it was replacing my tail light! Iu2019m thrilled with how well he includes and educates his team which I was able to see when 3 different members came off of break/popped by to inquire about my vehicleu2019s mechanics as theyu2019ve never seen/worked on one before. He kept up his pace with working on my car while also educating his team, it was awesome to watch and I learned quite a bit myself!15/10, I will always choose this Valvoline!

First of all, I've been coming to the same Valvoline location since 2009, first with my 2004 Dodge Durango SUV, and then in 2015 I bought a Dodge Journey RT. I started bringing the Dodge Journey in to the same location, I've always had the best service there, great staff, all the things I needed for my car always available, no complaints, never waited too long to get into the bay. It sounds corny, but all I have to say is positive things about my experience with Valvoline. I highly recommend the service and the products, and I'm never pressured to buy anything, except recommendations for replacements of whatever is worn down or in need of change on my vehicle. You can't pay me to say these things, I've had my journey from 19,000 miles to 106,000 and it still runs like a top and the only oil, air filters, oil filters, interior filter and windshield wipers and other adjustments, have all been done at Valvoline since 2009. thanks for asking for my opinion. I did not receive the normal services (wipers, lights, etc.) and I had to ask them to check the tire pressure before I left. They never told me what the status of my air filter or any other fluids was. It was the worst service I ever received for the price I paid. I will never go back and I will be doing a Yelp review.

They did not make me feel pressured at all to get anything additional I wasn't ready for or able to at the time.
