Yes it could I was disappointed with the staff at first cause I always get a oil change there and he was trying to tell me that I couldn’t use a coupon that was sent in my email for the service I was getting which was a oil change that was a hundred dollars didn’t want to give me $15 dollars off so sad I was not happy but when I said I use this coupon all the time that’s when he went ahead and said ok

I believe I was pressured to pay for services which were not nessessary. And it costed me a lot. I paid $150 for changing transmission fluid, while I could do it at $60 with a regular mechanic. I was recommended to change the serpentine belt at almost $140! While I checked online, the price of best belt available is $35. Is it reasonable to pay more than $100 just to change it?Last month my friend bought the belt online and a regular mechanic changed it for him for only $30.I will never do the extra services at Valviline again.I am very down for this experience. I hope I could sue you for overcharging me.

The mechanic was skilled and professional. The manager is honest and straight forward. They noticed a reservoir tank for power steering was low. So they filled it; although I have already had that repair done.

They tried to get me to pay upwards of 600 dollars for a transmission replacement and then showed me a picture on the computer of what it might look like. They struggled to replace my lights and air filters, and at one point both people working on my vehicle just left for 5-10 minutes.
