Starting off we are fifth in line, with a wait ahead of us. There are only two people inside. Seth came out to greet us and give our wait time. Upon getting inside they have no reason to go above and beyond due to having a huge line of cars outside. Robert took the time to enter in my prior services to track within Valvoline system and carfax. Listened to my unique needs and expectations for the car, and executed on them without needing to be reminded or asked again. Upon nearly finishing the service I was informed of an oil leak and bolts missing from my skid plate. I told Robert that I have only had the car serviced for oil changes at Valvoline, no where else. He said he would look downstairs if they had some extra, and when he didn’t find any, without question he walked to Orielys, bought some, and fixed the issue. I have had issues with this skid plate before at other locations and it’s small acts and gestures like this that continue to be the reason why I come to the Rosemount location. Absolutely stellar service today, 10/10. Please recognize these individuals and use it as a training material going forward. Thank you!
