If I ask a question they were very polite and courteous in responding however, a strange little situation happened while I was there. They started on my oil change and then a young lady pulled up and they put her in the second they they kind of forgot about me a little bit and took care of her however they did finish me up and got me out of there before her and I was pleased with that but it was just a little humorous that time!

Not take 1 hrs and 10 minutes to get it fixed. Then 2 days later driving have oil light come on care stall and smoke bad with smell of burnt oil checked stick had no oil on stick. An amish guy put 2 quarts of oil in it but it was 15-40 so I didn't want to start the car. They set one of there young techs out who checked the oil said it had oil in it. Told me he would empty the 15-40 out and put correct oil in but told the amish guy that was there with it that it had oil so he was not going to do anything. Now I have to have it towed to my mechanic to find out what happened and why it had no oil in it.
