Honestly one of the worst stores ever they broke my air cabin filter under my glove box broke my glove box honestly seemed untrained and unprofessional as they let me know it was broken but did nothing about it called to file a claim they denied ever breaking it and claimed it was already broken the manager and district managers are very unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to people next steps now is making it a court manner along with complaints to the BBB do not come here! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I filed a claim due to the fact of them breaking my glove box waiting about a month just for them to tell me my claim has been defined saying that my glove boxes was already broken. HORRIBLE service and need higher training to get things taken care of. I had 4-5 people coming into my car saying “ I’ll have to get the manager to re install my glove box” not sure how many mangers there were in there but looks like none of them knew how to due their job.
I wouldn’t people going there for services like that, a lot of them are young with no good training.
VERY frustrating and no type of accountability.

Son unos groseros no dan un buen servicio las dos veces que estuve aquí en esta tienda siempre un relajo. Preguntaba revisaron todos los líquidos del carro si y cuando salía de la tienda no tenía ni el líquido de limpia parabrisas agregado les pedía chequearan el nivel de aire de mis cauchos y no lo hacían
