The team members were friendly and communicated well during the checks. However, I indicated to them multiple times that I wanted a tire rotation throughout my wait time and time in bay. Once they completed my oil change, I asked a final time about getting a tire rotation. Only then did they tell me that they had someone leaving soon and wouldn’t have enough people to complete my tire rotation. He admitted that one of his team members miscommunicated my request and told me to come back another time for the tire rotation. I wish they had just respected my time and told me earlier so I wouldn’t have to take off early from work and come twice. They offered a 20% off coupon that is already available online, which is not worth coming back to this Valvoline for.
