I came in and asked for a drain and fill on my transmission. Was told that with my mileage they wouldn’t be responsible if something happened which would’ve been fine except for they were very negligent in their job. The next morning I called because my drive way was filled with transmission fluid to ask if maybe they didn’t tighten a bolt correctly and was met with nothing but ignorance and being told nothing they did was wrong. So I took it to Meineke where they found that my transmission lines weren’t retightened and they over-tightened a bolt crush a gasket seal. So I called back while at the other shop even had to mechanic explain to them what he found and was told they wouldn’t be moving forward with a claim. So I paid them $178 just to have to come out $800 to fix their mistake! Never again NOBODY ever take your car to valvoline for any service
