I have been going to the Watson Rd location for services and they are wonderful! Then I found a location nearer to me in Hampton Ave. they are equally wonderful, and after having asked as these two locations about a radiator flush, they told me the same thing about a sensor being in the way of the radiator access. Then, as a courtesy to me, the manager at the Hampton location and one of the employees suggested another location (Webster Groves/Shrewsbury) that had a different machine that could do this service from another side of the engine. They even called this location to make sure of this for me. I have and will continue to trust Valvoline for their expertise and careu2014a great business model! Now I have 3 locations to rely on!
