They didn’t have my oil filter but were able to pick one up quickly from a parts store. The team here are all so nice and work well together

Waited over a hour for someone just to approach my vehicle....outside.
Got inside, he checked lights and then everyone disappeared for another 20 minutes or so...... the customer next to me asked....through the window.....Did Everyone Go Home?
To many collecting a paycheck and not enough working. Manager should hold these techs accountable.
I've Been a loyal customer for years and have all of my vehicles serviced there but today is the last for here.
These male techs seemed more interested in playing, disappearing, cutting up, eating, clowning around & flirting that taking care of customer service.
The two female techs were the only ones that seemed to care and WORK!
No one working on any of the 3 vehicles or the 5 in line......
Start to Finish .... lasted 2 hours...2 minutes

At this particular location the guys were great. They were all polite and did a good job on my car. I was grateful that one of the guys noticed that my brake light was out, and was able to change it in no time. Service was quick and easy!
