They could have let me know the oil filter was not at their location. Had to be ordered from local parts store. Scariest part. Technician added oil, WITHOUT a filter. Shortly after he added the oil, the new oil filter arrived. Now, I don't know if I have a new filter, or does my old one remain! When I told a nearby technician what occurred, he said the new oil would not leak out? When a manager came by and I mentioned the steps taken, he said, "we don't do that". I then said that I had just watched it happen! All seems to be ok, no leaks and all levels good. Just poor communication.
