This oil change was noticeably slower than previous; over 30 minutes vs. usual 15 minutes.The service clerk that started my service was nowhere to be found when the oil change bay tech was ready for oil. Eventually, another service clerk from two bays away added oil. Not being able to find the original service clerk seemed to frustrate the oil bay clerk - rightly so - b/c it delayed completing the oil change by a good 5 minutes.

Akelius was warm and welcoming. He made sure I clearly understood the service I was receiving and he also thoroughly explained the services I needed, as well as the service I needed to have being that I bought my truck used. I asked if they could air my tires up and they did with no hassle. Jacob and Nicholas assisted with precision in an expeditious manner. I was in and out in under 45 minutes which is a blessing considering the competition took 4 hours on an oil change and completely ruined my day and they had no remorse of it by insisting I get more service done. I really appreciate how valvoline moves at my speed of life. 5 star experience all the way around.
