My last valvoline visit in December of 2023 I received an oil change. When I returned to Valvoline on the 3rd I asked for a new oil change. But because the cap filter was too tight, the service rep refused to take the filter off and said I would have to pay for a new one because he would have to break it. I am upset because I wasted my time and he asked for me to pay for something that was Valvoline’s fault.
