As soon as I arrived, I asked if they could rotate my tires. Two of the service members said yes. Another member that was working on a different vehicle came over and asked me if I needed anything, and I said yes I need my tires rotated after my battery and oil were replaced. The service member said he would do that. After my battery and oil was finished, I asked again for my tires to be rotated. The service member working on my car said u201coh sorry, our lifts are no longer working. Your tires are fine though.u201d So after multiple times of asking and verification of my tires needing to be rotated, now suddenly the lifts donu2019t work? Also, I had to demand an oil change after my oil was checked because it u201clooked fineu201d to one of the workers. I was over my mileage and date for a change and I had to argue with someone to get the service they are literally there for? I wanted my oil changed, but needed to debate for it? Wild. Also, I had to take my car into a shop the very next day because my oil was overfilled and a burning smell was coming from my car. It was all over the engine and caused a smoking/burning scent that worried me.
