I just had my oil changed by a different provider, and we were traveling home, and I noticed oil had leaked. I stopped by the Lenoir facility, and they checked my leak for free. The staff were amazing. I will use you guys going forward.

Honestly. Felt over charged. They drained the oil but didn't actually suck all the sludge and such out of the car for the oil change. Hence why my "oil change" light refuses to go off, which the tech said “it’s probably just the car”. And then tried to charge 50 some odd for an air filter.. Staff (other than the manager he was decent) were pretty rude and I felt like I felt like an inconvenience to actually be there. Then they also ran out of oil and had to run across the street to purchase oil (and miraculously they had enough for mine..)
