Wonderful experience I was informed about everything as they were doing their job. I really enjoyed the staff, and their professionalism. I was very impressed. My tires were filled and checked. I had my filter replaced, and had my oil change which was Synthetic. Valvoline has coupons available online, but one must be careful and check the dates. Overall, I was a very happy customer! 😊

I got an oil change from this Valvoline last month and ended up needing a second oil change a week later. The technician who did my car didn’t properly seat the oil filter so my car was leaking oil so badly I needed to get it towed. I tried asking this Valvoline for some kind of reimbursement for what happened but they didn’t get back to me. I had some good oil changes before from Valvoline but this whole incident left a bad taste in my mouth.
