Ii visited for my annual inspection at which time I was told I needed wipers and a rear passenger light replaced. I paid for the inspection. I ordered the light and replaced it and purchased new wipers and replaced them. I returned on Tues to have the items reviewed and receive my inspection sticker. I was then told I needed one of 2 license plate lights replaced. Needless to say I was not happy since I was planning on going out of town. I left and bought a bulb and replaced it. I went back once again only to be told they refused to complete my inspection because I yelled at the employee. I then proceeded to take my vehicle somewhere else for my inspection. It passed and I had to pay again. I was also told that a place that completes NYS inspections cannot refuse to do an inspection. I think I'm owed a refund. Maybe I should report your refusal. Your technicians error in not identifying all the issues needing repair should not be my fault for refusal.
