Daughter brought out of state vehicle in as she’s a senior at UB - needed an emissions completed. Waited 2.5 hrs only for me to get the copy and see they put 14k for mileage ( more like 140k) . Numerous calls later and you can’t actually speak to anyone in the shop yet have to leave info with 800# . Informed manager should return my call w in 2 days. More than 5 business days later nada. I was initially told that also requested district manager to contact me as well since in am out of state. She’s now in full time classes and sports she can’t sit for 2 hrs to have them amend a large error in their part . So now I am traveling to Buffalo to deal with it ! Who does say oops that can’t be right how often do ya see a 2016 w 14k! Customer service is non existent and neither is accountability! Never again will I go to a Valvoline. Shame on the management more over then staff it’s not hard to pick up the phone ! Cowards
