Customer-focused staff. Technician Mustafa originally didn’t think they had the right filter in stock, offered to buy the filter. He called Valvoline tech support and they told him which filter to use which they did have in stock. He gave me various options on the oil and I always appreciate how techs communicate with each other and that they tighten bolts using torque wrenches to appropriate settings.
