I came here for an oil change recently and they didn’t put the skid plate back on correctly so it came off on the highway causing further damage and now they’re refusing to fix it even after going through the claim process I’m now having to go through my insurance company, and my insurance company is all too happy to go after them for reimbursement.

I came here recently for an oil change They caused damage to my skid plate and it fell off on the highway. I came back to see if they could fix it. Obviously they couldn’t because it had been damaged on the highway after falling off they refused to fix it. They had me file a claim, and then lied during the claim processing that they didn’t do it so now I have to pay out-of-pocket through my insurance and my insurance is now gonna reach out to them to be paid back. Unbelievable these people behaved like children. They were unprofessional and it shouldn’t be that hard to fix something that you cause damage to it really shouldn’t. I hope someday that I get to damage one of their vehicles and then just put my hands up and say I’m not the guilty party and get away with it. Just to be clear it’s a 2025 Honda CRV they Django’s not some old piece of shit junker. Edited to add I’m now having my vehicle looked up by multiple mechanics. It’s gonna cost me about $1000 to fix my They’re all agreeing that this had to have been done at Valvoline. I have to pay out-of-pocket and I just wanna be clear. I’m a late stage cancer survivor and to rip off somebody who almost died of cancer is just. Words, I genuinely hope the worst things before all of you people because you deserve nothing good to happen in your lives you horrible, horrible awful people
