BEWARE! My friend took her car to this shop for a routine oil change, and I was riding with her afterward. Within minutes of leaving, the car started making loud, unusual noises that quickly got worse once we were on the highway. We had to pull over when we realized a large piece underneath the car was hanging down and scraping the road. It was scary and could have ended much worse. She had bought the car new, only had it for several months, and had no problems before this incident. The shop sent someone out to remove the part, clearly indicating it happened during their service, but still refused to even refund the oil change. Very disappointing and unsafe experience!!!!
