I have been at Customer at this location for several months now with no issues and it seems that today’s issue was there were too many employees that were not ready to do the work. They did not inspect my air filter. They did not inspect my cabin filter and then they went to charge me. One guy came out and tried to take a screw out of something. The screw wouldn’t come out so he put the tool away and went back to the engagement conversation that he was having with the other employees I have never experienced any service like this and to have to drive to Vestal now because the Valvoline in my neighborhood is having employees that no longer want to do their job seems like a waste and I just needed to say that

Théy was able to change my oil quick very professional recommended things that needed to be changed on my car flushed automatic transmission fluid..my car runs smoothly definitely will be back to get more
