I literally rolled directly into the service bay from the street, which was fantastic. I was politely greeted, and they were very careful to make sure my request to NOT fill the windshield washer was met. There was some upselling for additional service, understandable, but when I indicated I wasn't interested, they immediately moved on without making me uncomfortable. The service was fast, and I was home so quickly my wife asked me what I had forgotten.

At my dealership it takes a whole chunk of the day to get an oil change and they always try to sell me something I don't need while they have the car "on the lift". And I have to make an appointment two weeks in advance. Hey, am I supposed to say no to a golf invitation because I'm getting an oil change? Valvoline is the only sane choice!

They seemed to have great chemistry amongst the group and it seemed they were very happy to be helping. I also love that they suggested other things that could be done but did not pressure me in any way to do them. That would have been a huge turn off.
