Went in for a inspection. Web site is vague on hours, sat in line for 30 plus minutes and a miserable guy finally comes out. No inspector on site. I take 3 vehicles there for oil changes, normally good people. Recently always short handed because people quit or call in sick. Maybe management needs to do a better job hiring or paying.

Called the day before to schedule an inspection and was told to come in at 10:00 AM. The person on the phone was pleasant, but that's where the good service ended. When I arrived at 10:00 AM the next day, I was told to come back at 11:30 AM. I returned at 11:30 AM, only to be told it would be another hour and a half wait. At that point, I drove off. I'm not going to waste my day off waiting around, especially when the employee couldn't care less about losing a customer. I don't really blame the staff working—it seems like the manager was missing in action or took the day off too, leaving the place completely unorganized. Save your time and go somewhere else.
