Scott recommended a rear dif fluid change with the oil change , after explaining that my truck seemed to get stuck between gears , they changed the fluid, I took the truck up to speed on I90 on the way home and the issue was gone , great suggestion SCOTT!!! love to see the enthusiasm, as a store manager myself you are the type of employee Valvoline needs more of !!!
