I needed an inspection and oil change. I was there about 940 and had one car ahead of me. I was told I had to wait until 10 for the inspector. By the time the other car was done and they were done with the oil change it was 10 and I didn't have to really "wait" per say. Only "bad" thing was the guy that was "in charge" of my bay talked very fast and I have audio processing problems so it was kind of challenging for me to follow along with his commands for my lights and turning my car on and stuff. Other than that price was great, I used a coupon for thr oil change. Everyone was super friendly, and it was relatively quick.

I requested a tire rotation with my oil change. It was mentioned multiple times, from my first arriving until I left asking if it was completed. Only to find out it was NOT done. I wasn’t charged for it but this is now the second time that they “ forgot” to do it. I called , not once but 3 times to get this resolved. But the first time after 21 mins on hold I was disconnected. My second call I was put thru to the location I’d been at and the man in the phone treated me as if I was stupid. My third call I finally hung up after being put on hold for 26 mins. All of this is unacceptable and has left me feeling disappointed and therefore I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

At my last visit prior to my most recent visit they left the caps off of the stems on the tires. I asked the technician if they had some they could put on and he said yes. After the service was done I checked them when I got home and one was still missing and the other three were barely on and ready to fall off.They also said that one of the bolts was not tightening on the skid plate cover. Valvoline is the only one that has been talking it off They said they zip ties it on I have not had a chance to look at it yet. Poor service in my opinion
