The owner of this establishment lacks HONOR, INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY. My vehicle sustained damage to the exhaust system due to negligentful management and staff.
I requested a business card, letterhead something with the owners name email address or phone number and was denied.
I was never afforded the opportunity to discuss the event with the owner. The Manager hid in the office, refused to answere the phone after multiple attempts by myself and the VALVOLINE claims department. I provided all documentation as instructed by the claims department along with photos and phone numbers.
I never received a call from the owner or the manager, no apology for the unprofessional treatment, but it didn't appear to bother the staff who were smoking marijuana outside the building during their work shift.
This is the type of treatment you can expect from all 4 of his location.
