I am a frequent customer. I needed a transmissiom fluid change. Called the night before. Got an automated system that asked me year,make,model,trim package,and engine size and quoted me 2 prices. One for basic , and one for premium. Got there,waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and was told they don't do sealed transmissions. Why did they bother to ask all of the questions? I drove 25 minutes to be turned away.

Will never use again. I have used and gone to valvoline instant oil change for 10 years and 3 different vehicles but my last visit was an absolute nightmare. I did not get a receipt they did not offer any extras such as air filter or other things. "Which i would have gotten the air filter" spent $400 on things to get it ready for inspection and failed for a bogus reason that wasn't even checked right. I waited 2.5 hours to have it done while me and my 9 year old could have been doing anything else. Would have spent more money but im glad I didn't. I will never use any valvoline products or services ever again
