I came in for an inspection was told to wait 2 hours and was put on the list by a lube tech and was told to wait out front. Looked and saw the line and proceeded to watch everyone go. Then when that line was finished new cars came in and lined up next to me and they were pulling cars in ahead of me that got there after me, about an hour after. Saw the inspection guy pull another car in and asked him why their car was pulled ahead of mine. Said there was a list come to find out my license plate number was not taken. I proceeded to tell him I’ve been here for over 2 hours and all he proceeded to say was “so” in a very demeaning tone. (Older gentleman with long beard) even tho I’m one customer out of thousands the customer service he portrayed and seeing other reviews about him. This isn’t his first time. I don’t recommend this place due to lack of customer service and not because of the work done.
