Came for oil change, was being pressured into getting a new battery. Told them no, the boy was visibly upset. They finish my oil change and as I am about to leave my car wont start. NEVER had issues before. They say no problem we can jump you and give you a quote for a new battery. As the man goes to jump my car he puts the cables on backwards and on the wrong battery. My car has 2 because of the start to stop feature.. which they also failed to mention. Sparks literally fly and he screams OW. A younger man has to tell him he did it backwards. Anyway this resulted in me needing 2 new batteries.. from a real shop obviously. So a $100 oil change turned into me having to spend $600.
