The wait was extremely long as one of the techs spilled transmission fluid while changing it and it took forever to clean up. I was also asked to move out of one line so that another person who wanted to leave could take my spot. They said he waited longer. Ok ... once I got in service was quick, they didn't bombard me with trying to sell services which I appreciated. But I will say, the services are Way overpriced. Not sure why they have gone up so much over the years. No oil change should come close to $100!!
