I was not Highly Satisfied with my experience due to the amount of time it took to get my oil changed. From when I first got in line to when I was pulling out to leave, was almost an hour and a half. Granted, all 3 bays had cars being worked on and cars in each bay waiting to be serviced upon my arrival. Might I suggest a bay be dedicated to "special services" only. Leaving the other 2 bays dedicated to just oil changes to keep the lines moving more regularly to keep oil changes down to a 30 min time frame.

Showed up needing an inspection and oil change. There were 2 cars in the inspection line, 2 in the oil change line. The inspector sent me to do an oil change first & I Waited over a hour for the 2 cars ahead of me and my own oil change to be completed. As soon as my oil change was completed the workers all knew I was waiting for an inspection and notified me as soon as they finished that the inspector had to go on lunch before he could do my car, which would have been another 1/2 hour. If I would have known I wouldn’t be getting my inspection done there I would have been to a different Valvoline in the area, as all of the others have gotten me in and out in about 10 minutes without cars in front! Highly unsatisfying and will not return to this location again.
