We stopped in for an oil change this morning (12/6), online says it opens at 730am and all bays were full. We were greeted outside promptly by a kind employee who told us which bay to park outside of. We waited almost a half hour before we were moved into our bay, told someone would be right with us, and we waited almost another ten minutes while that employee stepped into the waiting room to sip his coffee while looking out at us. Finally, Naquan (manager) came to our vehicle. He was less than friendly from the get go. A chance of possible mistaken identity, but he was not kind and courteous in the very least and was friendly with other customers. He barely spoke to us and mumbled when he did. Owen, the assistant was very kind through the whole visit. As long time customers, we will not be back as we did not feel welcomed in the very least.

Short staffed today but everyone working hard! I'm actually concerned for the staff health as the air quality is terrible. These folks are working in an unhealthy environment. I m having to wait outside as the air is so bad and these guts are trapped inside on a cold day. Take care of your staff. Install exhaust fans please
