The power and computers kept going down and needed to wait until all were restored twice. The first employee couldn't release my hood latch so another employee took over. He finished the job in between power failures. I've been going there for all my oil, inspection and filter replacements for a long time. It's time to look elsewhere.

They stated all was good and it looks like it was already taken care of before purchasing my Escape last month.
