Brought my 2025 suv in for a basic oil change. I believe i paid around 80 to 100$. Two weeks later I ended up at the dealer ship because there was oil coming from under the car. They had lost over 2 quarts of oil. Oil splashed allover my engine. The filter was not replaced properly causing this. Also the plastic undercarriage shield wasn't properly secured back to the way it was, they failed to replace all the clamps they removed. Ended up paying out $450 at the dealer to degrease my engine, another oil change, filter and clamp replacement that valvoline failed to do properly. We submitted a claim for reimbursement that was denied. We were told there was insufficient evidence because their cameras show the tech put the filter in (properly or not). I was told I can't have a copy of the video. Instead I keep being told that my claim will be updated. Highly dissatisfied with the service and valvoline as a company. I will be telling anyone who asks to not use them.
