I came in today for an oil change and I had also mentioned that my air conditioner had stopped working this morning, a representative named Cheryl A noticed I was hot from the drive there she offered for me to sit inside with the air conditioner while she investigated the situation with the air conditioner. She wound up discovering a burnt out fuse and offered to change it out for me free of charge she even directed me to a nearby AutoZone to purchase the fuse at an affordable price. Cheryl and the rest of the staff were very friendly, I was able to get my oil changed within 15 minutes along with my air conditioner back running normally! I was so happy with the service i offered to give Cheryl a tip, she insisted for me not to and explained that she truly enjoys her job and helping people find honest solutions. I highly recommend Valvoline instant oil change in Copaigue ny, make sure to say hi to Cheryl for me!
